Occasionally, I may use other carriers, depending on the stars' alignment. Orders are prepared for their journey several times a week, though not daily, to ensure meticulous care.

🏰 Can I Pick Up My Order at Your Castle Gates? Certainly! Free pickup is available in Chilliwack, BC. An email will be sent when your order is ready (typically within 1 business day). I accept cash and debit in person, or you can pre-pay. Note: due to limited space in my potion chamber, orders must be collected within 1 week unless we’ve agreed otherwise. For pre-paid orders, contactless pickup can be arranged for added convenience.

🎄 What Are Your Holiday Shipping Deadlines? To ensure timely delivery of your holiday treasures:

• USA: by December 6
• BC: between December 16-20 (varying with your distance from Chilliwack)
• Rest of Canada: between December 10-17

• My bar soaps naturally reduce waste compared to their liquid counterparts.
• I use Biolefin shrink film for wrapping, which biodegrades into biomass, not micro-plastics.
• All plastic jars are fully recyclable.
• I only use biodegradable glitter in my concoctions, avoiding plastic entirely.

• Moisture is a bath bomb's nemesis. Keep them wrapped and in a cool, dry place away from humidity to prevent them from fizzing prematurely. Exposure to direct sunlight may also cause colours to fade.
• While they won’t necessarily expire, bath bombs are most enchanting when used within 6 months of purchase. This ensures the fizzing reaction and fragrance remain potent for your bathing ritual.
• When you're ready to indulge, simply fill your cauldron (or bathtub) with warm water and gently lower the bath bomb into it. Watch as it releases its mystical colors and enchanting fragrances, transforming your bath into a magical oasis.

• Keep it away from direct water streams and standing water.
• Allow it to dry thoroughly between uses.
